Top to Bottom Property Solutions has been providing practical solutions, valuable inspections and educating our clients since 2003   The heart of Top to Bottom Property Solutions is Kevin Fulara, a Licensed Inspector, Licensed Contractor and instructor at McHenry County College.  Kevin partners with property owners to achieve the best possible end results by using his 25 plus years experience in the building industry to offer solutions that best fits their needs.  Whether the project is a mechanical staging, home inspection, remodeling project or a green evaluation, Kevin believes by educating his clients and working as a team yields the best results.
